Established in 1999, the Genomic Technologies Facility (formerly Microarray Facility) provides the needed expertise and equipment for the production and analysis of spotted microarray chips used to conduct global mRNA profiling experiments.
Before accessing facility equipment and services, users are required to provide a signed and approved user agreement to the Facility Manager. The Services section provides more information about the fee structure.
After training, users typically operate the Microarray Scanner and Analysis Software themselves. Reservations may be made using the facility's on-line scheduler. The user name and password needed to do this are provided after submission and approval of a user agreement.
